He is also quite a good smallcraft pilot, able to fly anything from an old propeller-driven DC-3 to a Valkyrie class starfighter. Hobbies & Interests Matthew’s interests include: Acting, Playing the Celtic Harp, and Reading about aerospace technology, both past and future.

Personal History Matthew was born and raised in Ireland on Earth, and it shows through his accent and love of alcoholic beverages. He lived a relatively quiet and peaceful life in his hometown of Waterford, always obsessed with the arts. At the age of twelve, his life was changed forever when he flew for the first time in a four century old Douglas DC-3. After that event, he fell in love with aerospace technology, and became set upon becoming a pilot. As soon as he could, he enrolled at Starfleet academy, and obtained his degree in Aerospace engineering. Shortly afterwards, he was assigned to the USS Cairo-D as a support craft pilot.
